    Oh man, I hadn’t read all of the details!  Well, at least according to the Wiki, the lead Detective stumbled across it when he was working a second job at… JR’s Discounts! JRs! Holy moly! Discount cigs! See the billboards for miles.

     

    And they were – ever so subtly – buying them with $20-30K cash. That is awesome. Oh, and apparently secured a $1.6 million (using fraud, of course) loan from the SBA.

     

    Gotta tell you Chris N., when you started talking about Hezbollah and a connection to Western NC, Southern VA, etc it sounded really crazy – but I remembered this story from almost 20 years ago and thought to myself… lets see where this goes…
